Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original official Pagani Design box, including all protective films, tags, warranty cards, and any complimentary adjustment tools.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
